After-Sales Services
All TAMCO combine harvesters have been manufactured under high quality production process, and subject to strict quality control inspection and appropriate configuration at the factory. Therefore, the harvesters can be used by customers right away upon delivery at the operating site without having to be customized again. However, if customers are unable to operate the machines or encounter obstacles and problems due to conditions of paddy fields, they can request our after-sales services in order to allow the harvesters to provide highest possible efficiency according to the designed features. In addition, customers are recommended not to engage maintenance or repair services from a third party other than the company’s mechanic as this may cause the harvester to be malfunction or unable to work at full efficiency. Therefore, in order to allow the harvesters to perform at full efficiency, customers should use TAMCO’s after-sales services.
